Keli  Roberts

Keli Roberts is a national multi-event cyclist, nationally acclaimed fitness trainer, author of "Fitness Hollywood", trainer of many Hollywood celebrities, and host of a CBS/Fox-produced fitness video series.

With exceptional expertise in personal training and master instruction, Keli's background also includes:
  • Recent selection as IDEA's Trainer of the Year, the fitness industry's most coveted recognition (IDEA is the world's leading membership organization of health and fitness professionals)
  • Experience as a model and competitive cyclist/athlete before becoming one of the most in-demand personal trainers in Southern California with clients including Russell Crowe, Jennifer Jason Lee and Cher

Wayne  Wescott
Advisory Board Member, Nautilus Institute™


Wayne is the fitness research director at the South Shore YMCA in Quincy, MA. He is a strength training consultant for numerous national organizations such as the American Council on Exercise, the American Senior Fitness Association and the National Youth Sports Safety Foundation and conducts many seminars for the fitness and conditioning instructors of the armed forces. In addition, he is an editorial advisor for many publications including Prevention, Shape, and Club Industry magazines. He is also author of 15 fitness books including new releases such as Building Strength and Stamina, Strength Training Past 50 and Strength and Power for Young Athletes.

Dr. Westcott was recently honored with many awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Fitness Professionals, the Healthy American Fitness Leader Award from the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, and the Roberts-Gulick Award from the YMCA Association of Professional Directors.
